The mentors for the Atelier Gothenburg are here !
During the 7 Atelier days, the participants will have the opportunity to exchange and work with 4 mentors whom we are thrilled to introduce:
- Hjalmar Jorge Joffre-Eichhorn, Theatre activist, co-founder Afghanistan Human Rights and Democracy Organization (AHRDO), Theatre of the Oppressed and Playback Theatre - Germany/ Bolivia/Afghanistan
- Ruth Mackenzie CBE, Director Holland Festival, General Manager Olympic Cultural Festival 2012 - The Netherlands/UK/France
- Brett Pyper, Associate Professor and Head Wits School of Arts, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg - South Africa
- Oussama Rifahi, Board member and Executive Director 2010 – 2019 of the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) - Germany / Lebanon
Under the facilitation of Mike Van Graan, the mentors will guide the participants through the programme, questioning, discussing the issues raised and allowing an honest and open insight into their careers. Mentors will also be available for personal exchanges during more informal moments as lunches, dinners, cultural visits etc., as this is an essential feature of the Atelier.
