COVID-19 has generally devastated the arts sector over a period of more than two years. And yet, the pandemic and its related lockdowns forced the arts sector to be innovative, to think out the box, to explore online, hybrid and other forms of creating, producing and distributing work. What are the positive consequences of COVID-19 for festivals? What have we learned during this time that we can build on? And what should never be repeated?
