Participants met and exchange with 5 mentors and speakers present throughout the programme (expert art festival directors and art managers from Europe and beyond).

Mentors and guest speakers at the Atelier were renowned festival directors, cultural managers, activists and artists. During their participation they not only act as lecturers, but also as true mentors as they engage in one-on-one discussions with the participants. They were present for multiple days and some mentors were for the whole period of the programme. They all allowed participants an honest and open insight into their careers, including both success stories and failures.
