Festival Production Management Training
The Festival Production Management Training is the most recently developed training format of The Festival Academy. It focuses especially on production management in terms of realising and implementing the vision of the artistic director. The 3-module training is set up as a long-term programme which explores all phases and challenges of producing an artistic work, the role and development of your function, during all modules guided by festival experts.
