Mini-series of online workshops for emerging festival leaders, aimed at further upskilling TFA's growing Alumni community (of currently over 1000+ Alumni from 100+ countries) and interested cultural leaders worldwide. Each session is 3 hours long and focused on practical, skill-based learning led by inspiring and experienced cross-sector experts from our community. The aim is to provide festival makers with practical tools and accessible methodologies that can directly impact their work.

We are re-opening registrations for our Summer Winter School taking place from 26-28 February 2025. The format hosts a mini-series of online workshops on impact in festival leadership for festival and cultural leaders worldwide.

Each session is a tailor-made 3-hours intensive and in-depth workshop in a small working group that focuses on practical, skill-based learning led by inspiring and experienced cross-sector experts from our community. The aim is to provide you with practical tools and accessible methodologies that can directly impact your work
